Cancellations made with at least a forty-eight (48) hour notice will not incur any cancellation fees.
A cancellation made within 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will result in a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
A one hundred percent (100%) penalty will apply to any cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day as the booking.
